I have used US Floors three separate times to upgrade my home with tile, hardwood floors, and carpeting and cannot say enough about the excellent service and quality.  The installers were efficient, courteous and cleaned up after each work session.  Integrity and quality, what more can I say?

I had US Floors install hardwood throughout the main level of my home.  We selected handcrafted, wide-plank hickory hardwood.  It is the most beautiful feature of my home and I get compliments from almost everyone that comes to visit.  US Floors worked with me on my budget and advised me to wait an extra month so I could get the floor I REALLY wanted.  6 months later, I had them replace the carpet in my family room and on the stairs.  I'm very pleased with the final result.

I have been working with US Floors Direct for about four years.  As a builder  I really appreciate their service.  Not only do they supply great products at great prices, they install, they keep appointments, and they stand behind their work.  (All important to people like me.)  Above all, I appreciate that Gretchen will spend as much time as is requuired to get my clients what they want.  What that really means to me is that I don't have to do a bunch of shopping with my clients.  Great news.
